    Functions of Rollers

    Support belt conveyors and transmit drive power from the drive unit to the belt, enabling continuous material transport. Also serve as shock absorbers to prevent belt damage
    ※ Belt Conveyor : A system that continuously moves a belt in one direction to transport materials such as iron ore or other cargo

    Components of the roller

    • ① Drum Positioned beneath the belt to transmit passive power (reduces drive load)
      ② Shaft Transfers power to the pipe and holds the bearing in place to ensure smooth pipe rotation
      ③ Housing Protects against moisture and foreign substances
      ④ Labyrinth Seal Fixed to the shaft, rotating together with the bearing and housing to provide dust and water sealing
      ⑤ Bearing Press-fitted between shaft and housing to enable drum rotation
      ⑥ Circular Clip Secures the bearing (prevents dislodging)
      ⑦ Snap Ring Holds the labyrinth seal in place (prevent breakaway)
